Lactating not pregnant?

This was so weird. I had my son over a year ago. I only breastfed for three months. And then today I noticed breast milk come out of one breast. It wasn't very much but it definitely was the same color as breast milk. I didn't even produce very much when I was breastfeeding! I have the IUD (paraguard/non hormonal IUD) which has been wacking out my periods but I recently got off one ( I think ) lol but I took a pregnancy test like a week ago because of the weirdness the IUD is doing.

Anyone have this happen? It's so weird! And now has meq paranoid that I'm somehow pregnant.

I want to add that my boobs have actually been sore lately 🙄 the was one of the reasons why I took the pregnancy test a week ago.

Not on any medications and obviously not taking any hormones considering my birth control is non hormonal.
