What do you use to wash your body in the shower?

Wash cloth, and it has to be a fresh new wash cloth every single time. 
If you leave things like loofas and wash cloths in your shower they just gather up bacteria and it’s nasty

Japanese Salux washcloth (from Amazon, like a washcloth but made with harder loofah material that doesn’t hold onto bacteria). Great for exfoliation.

I find that loofas help scrub off the dead skin the best.
