Officially 18 days left but I feel like I can’t handle it anymore 😰 I’m aching all over, can’t sleep due to either heartburn or muscle/ligament aches and I’m just miserable 😓 how are you handling it?

For sleep I'm basically just thinking I won't be sleeping after the baby is born either. The heartburn and ligaments are temporary but I have noticed if I sleep on the couch my ligament pain doesn't bother me near as much as when I'm in bed. Heartburn is the one thing that I haven't found any kind of solution for as I even get it drinking water. 
Pregnancy is tough on the body, but so is parenting . The 4th trimester is real so I just trust my body is doing what it can to get this baby to a safe point and is prepping me for the next step.

I'm not getting much sleep. I take a bath every night to help with the ligament pain. I try to eat a yogurt after/ with dinner it helps with heartburn since tums don't work. I have 11 days left and I'm trying to hang in there lol I've heard a spoon full of apple cider vinegar helps with heartburn but I cant stand the smell let alone drink it lol

I agree so much 😭 between the heartburn, sore back, and baby crushing my lungs I am hardly sleeping at all! Help 😢

The OB recommended omeprezole since tums weren’t working and the heartburn was waking me up at night! I highly recommend, haven’t had an issue since I started taking it!

I'm with you. 
The heartburn is out of control. 
Yesterday she was so mellow and then had this intense half hour where my stomach just did flips then contractions started and fizzled out. 
Hopefully only 15 more days

I feel you mama! I have 20 days left and am praying maybe little guy will decide to come a little early because these pains/pressure is awful. I have a 2 year old too and feeling so guilty that I’m not giving her my all because of being in so much pain... I can’t sleep but yet I’m so tired. The last few weeks are always the hardest but I don’t remember it being this difficult with my first. We don’t have too much longer 🙏
