Positive opk this morning (cd23) turned negative an hour later

Why?? Today is cd23. Pay attention to cd23 which is today. At 8:50am i had what looks like a strong positive. Then at 9:59am this morning it wasn't as dark. I just took another test at 11:45 and still not as dark as my test at 8:50. I haven't had nothing to drink yet. Can my surge be that quick? I dont get off till 4 to baby dance will I still have a chance?
