Help please
Hi ladies I need some help, I have recently got off the furlough schedule and am now back at work which means I can not longer fit as much exercise in. Since I have been back at work (which has been a month now) I’m very worn out and have no motivation. Does anyone have any advice on motivation and how to fit things in around your day. Lately I’m feeling really dumpy and a bit chubby. There is nothing wrong being chubby but personally I don’t feel like me anymore
