I just had someone close to me test positive. She was positive and her husband and 4 kids all tested negative and never got sick.

Never in my household, but my friend and her husband had a roommate who tested positive. She’s pregnant, so they took extra precautions. He literally isolated himself in his room and they all wore masks. She and her husband never got it (both tested negative). His fiancé never got it either and they were kissing the day before he got tested.
