Horrible sleeper 9 months
I need advice because I’m so tired I can cry. My little guy is a horrible sleeper. Wakes 3-4 times on a good night. Doesn’t take a paci but is breastfed. He’s such a light sleeper everything wakes him. I’m so tired. I’ve started sound machine that helps. Any tips? Advice from other light sleepers?
