To the person asking if the HOA is targeting you

I see why you would think it’s racially motivated. Suspicious traffic?? Something doesn’t sound right to me about that. And with just that fact alone, it makes me think it could be racially motivated. I would tell them exactly what’s going on with the truck. I would tell them that your husband comes home for lunch and the truck is there for 1 to 2 hours tops, and if that’s not against the rules, then they need to stop harassing you otherwise you’ll get your lawyer involved. You have complied with everything they asked. You’re allowed to have visitors. Having visitors is not suspicious.
