I think the end is near

I have my viability ultrasound on Monday and I am terrified. I have had 3 miscarriages in the last year or so one of which was twins. I always go through a silent miscarriage where my symptoms disappear and have an ultrasound done to find no heartbeat(s). I can’t never seem to get over the 6 week mark. Last week, I was having morning sickness, sore breasts etc. This morning I woke up and my breast no longer hurt, and I’m not sick. I’m afraid this is the end. I am broken, scared and frustrated... 😔
