Baby shower for #3?

So my boyfriend and I live in a one bedroom apartment in california with our two kids (2 and 4). I actually was signing my paperwork for tubal ligation two days before we got the surprise news of this pregnancy. So we knew 2 was enough last year so i donated all my baby gear to friends of friends who had babies or i sold my stuff to keep clutter out of the apartment. Now Im like holy crap I have nothing for this baby! We also plan to move n march of next year, (2 months) before due date. Is it rude to throw my own shower? I thought about having a goodbye party/baby shower but instructing that if they wish to purchase any gifts, they should use my amazon registry so everything will be shipped to our home in AZ. Is that rude? Is it appropriate? Im just stressing out because i will be moving and now i have to think about insurance money, carseats, playpens, clothes, diapers, and moving into my dads house so we can save up for our own place. Any advice is welcome.
