Large clots and heavy bleeding?

I had my son almost 7 months ago and started taking Sprintec 4 months ago. Last month I had bleeding that was super heavy and was told to take 5 pills and then 4 the next day and 3 the next and so on. That stopped the bleeding and now I’m having the same thing this month. I just passed a large clot about the size of 3 quarters put together and I ended up bleeding through my pants with a tampon in. I’ve also had really bad pain in my vagina like it’s swollen. I have Rh- blood type so if it’s a miscarriage I’d need to get a shot. I don’t want to go in right away because of Covid and money issues.
