Is it normal to fill the toilet with blood?

Super super tmi I’m so sorry. I have external hemorrhoids. I’ve had them since I had my first over two years ago. But they never bled. I had my second 9 weeks ago and ever since I bleed everytime I poop. But everytime it gets worse and there’s more blood, no matter the size of the poop. I fill the whole toilet bowl full of blood, it literally splatters onto the sides of the toilet and it comes out like a stream! Like I’m peeing blood from my butt!!! I’ve noticed it looks like blood clots are coming out as well. After I’m done I have to wait in the toilet till I stop bleeding (about 5 minutes) and then I get blood stains in my underwear throughout the day from my bum. And yes it’s 100% my butt. It hurts so freaking bad it makes me shaky. Is this okay? My husband is freaking out but I thought it was fine cause it does stop eventually. Now he’s worrying me 🙄 I have an appointment tomorrow so I can ask but has this happened to anyone else?
