pain after sex..?

sooo i didnt have sex for almost a year. (nov 2019) and i recently had sex again with a guy ive been talking to. and idk if its because hes big, or the position, or that i havent had sex in a long time but i am SO SORE!! not like stinging or anything like how it gets having sex when you arent wet enough, but like my lower abdomen is aching and it hurts to sneeze and sitting certain ways 😅 this is normal right? he also hit it from the back for a little bit which is a position i find uncomfortable so maybe thats why im sore? i feel like i have to wait a while before we have sex again. what do i even tell him? lmao its been so long idk what it feels like after sex anymore😭
