Crib with changing table or without ?

Question

First time mom here! Trying to pick a good crib and I was thinking of a crib with a changing table attached but I heard stories with toddlers climbing out of the crib using the table. Opinions? Yay or nay?

2nd timer here. We put a changing pad on a low dresser. This way they don't outgrow the change table, and still have a dresser when they're out of diapers!

4th time mom here & I've NEVER used it/one!! 😂🤷
In my personal opinion they're not really necessary, you just end up changing the baby wherever you are anyway (living room carpet, couch, your bed, ect.) I was never the type of mom that would have gone all the way upstairs or to their room just to lay them down and change their diaper 🤷 but everyone is different and may like that. 
I do agree I thought I would get a crib that transfers into a toddler bed because I've used that with all three of my boys and it's been great.

FTM here, too, and I think we’re gonna go with the separate crib and changing table. At first I loved the idea of the combo but then I started thinking of what am I gonna do with the changing table when he outgrows it? Since so many cribs transition with the baby into a toddler bed and beyond, I’m leaning toward a separate dresser with a changing pad on top so once he outgrows it, it’s still just a dresser for him.

3rd time mom here and realistically I never ever used my changing table for any of my kids I always used bed or floor where I was babies roll changing table isn’t that big imo i got one for my first pregnancy and never touched it was a waste of money to me

2nd time mom here. We didn't have one on our sons crib, but we had a topper that we screwed to the back of his dresser and put a pad inside (see picture). Personally I never really used the changing table because it was just a little too high for me being 5'2, but my husband used it a lot and actually still does sometimes and my son is now 18 months. It's hard for him to sit cross legged and on the floor, so for him it works out well. But for me, I just mostly changed him on the floor, couch, or pack n play bassinet attachment thing when he was younger. Now I just change him on the floor.

STM, never used a changing table bc it was always farther than wherever i was sitting with her. A blanket or something beneath them works just fine.
