Really Scared and need help

okay hey guys , im an 16 year old female i know im young.. and i am having the worst pregnancy scare ever right now .. i’ve had them before just because my boyfriend and i at the time were having unprotected sex. but my period is late but not really because i have been spotting / bleeding really lightly no flow at all for a few days now and (since october 1st today’s the 5th and my period is never light) i only had unprotected sex 4 times throughout september 6th, 9th, 18th and the 24th.. i also have been having pregnancy symptoms like cramping, loss of appetite, sleep alot and always be nauseous but never throw up but i could really be scaring myself because i got a negative pregnancy test a few days ago.. buttt my last period was Aug 29- Sept 2.. im confused and scared any advice?
