Confused

I’m gonna make a long story short...

I’ve been leaking clear watery fluid... I’ve been to hospital twice but all of my swabs came back negative... I had 2 ultrasounds done... 2 different days... first one my amniotic test was at a 12 and the 2 days later my amniotic fluid was at a 17... today I went in for a checkup and they did another ultrasound and my amniotic level was at a 13.... the doctor (not my doctor) never gave me an answer as to why my fluid would be going up and down... I’ve had 2 miscarriages in the past so my anxiety is going through the roof... should I go to a different hospital and get another opinion? I’ve been leaking since last Sunday.
