Confused😔 am I pregnant or not.

So I had my baby July 30th I haven’t had a period since I had her. I stopped bleeding around 6 weeks and spotted here and there after. I’ve taken so many test and these two test are the only ones that show positives. Clear blue test and digitals say negative! Im so confused.
