Preeclampsia symptoms help

What are everyone’s experiences with preeclampsia? This is my second pregnancy and my doctor before I got pregnant diagnosed me with high blood pressure but I didn’t believe him because it was the first time he had ever seen me and I’m only 20. Well up until last week my blood pressure has been normal and last week I was having blurry vision and I went to Walmart to buy a blood pressure cuff and took it while I was there and it was 155/99, so I bought a cuff and kept a eye on my pressure. It dropped back to normal after about 30 mins. Today I haven’t been feeling great and my blood pressure has been borderline high since about 6, I’ve texted my aunt who works in labor and delivery and she said to take it before I went to bed and take it before I get up and keep track of it. So after this back story I’m just wondering if someone has preeclampsia can they sometimes have decent blood pressure? Or would it be always high? I’ll post pictures of what it was at 8 and what it was just now when I took it. Thanks in advance
