Pain and Spotting

Bare with me this is going to be long I apologize but I need some help!

On Friday 10/2/20 I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible stomach pain it was unbearable I was in tears! I went to the restroom 2x and not to get personal but I went Number 2 and Ever since Friday I’ve had this stomach pain upper and lower along with feeling nauseous I’m not throwing up just feeling nauseous I sometimes feel like I wanna puke but Nothing. And then today 10/5/20 me and my boyfriend had sex and then i started spotting not much but definitely spotting & I honestly don’t know what to make of this. We are tying to conceive and Right now I’m ovulating so I don’t know if they has something to do with it, I’ve never experienced anything like this. I posted my calendar to show when my last period was and everything also I do have a doctor appointment tomorrow but still would like other opinions, please and thank you!
