Sick hubby

Its been quite a while since anyone has been sick in the house. Son has a cough but husband has full blown sinus' and congestion (although i think he handles getting sick worse then myself and my son) sounds like allergies, not covid--I was hoping I could get a little care package together. I figured id get some tea blend, pick up some lemons and honey. I know when someone is congested they say stay away from milk products.... What are some other good things I could pick to help him feel better?
