Just seen this article and cracked up...
So I was looking through the articles on here and stumbled upon this one... and this cracked me up. And here’s why... they say that they think fathers get the symptoms out of guilt or because wife/gf whatever is getting all the attention, and where I could see that but I definitely feel like it’s because they have such a deep connection with their partner/pregnancy. I say this because when I was early on pregnant with my daughter, I literally found out because my husband came home from work and was throwing up but wasn’t actually sick and I cracked a joke saying maybe he was pregnant. And I was in fact actually pregnant. And just days before I found out about this pregnancy my husband once again started getting sick, throwing up. I chalked it up to his nerves or stress... but then I got my positive test a few days to a week after he first started with his “morning sickness” and it came back positive. 😂😂 he does get some mood swings too but I think that’s mostly because of me having mood swings and I end up putting him in a bad mood because I’m in one. 🤷🏻♀️ he’s never really had any cravings though. But it’s crazy that every time we’ve had a healthy pregnancy now, he’s gotten the morning sickness. I’m just really thankful that he got it and not me 😂😂😂 I’ve always heard them called sympathy symptoms though. Didn’t know they had a real name for it 😂😅 has anyone else experienced this with their SO?!
