What can I do?

Hi ladies, my baby is 6weeks old and he has been constipated for a while now, I took him to the Dr about two weeks ago and he prescribed me some suppositories and colic drops and it kinda went away but las week he got constipated again so I put in a suppository and he did poop, the next day I took him to the Dr to get some gas drops and see what the De would tell me about the constipation, so he gave me medicine for that, but now today it’s been 2 days he hasn’t poop and I now he’s constipated because he pushes and starts crying, I gave him his medicine in the morning around 6am and an hour and a half ago I had to put in a suppository because he needs to poop but hasn’t pooped, idk what else to do, has anybody been through the same thing or do I have to take him to the Dr again?
