I can’t keep my house clean

I need some serious help

I have two babies, my son turned 2 last week and a ten month old

I have a small house, and it used to be really easy to maintain, I am really big on not having too much “stuff” and I hate clutter. I’m also a stay at home mom, so I’m in charge of cleaning cooking and the kids. My husband is currently working from home. I can’t keep up with the house work. I pick up the same toys 100 times a day. I swear, I will put 1 toy away, as my son is taking 5 out. My sons current favorite toy is an alphabet puzzle, and he lives to take out all the pieces and throw them around. He goes from toy to toy, will take a truck out of the toy box, play with it for a minute, and then he’s onto the next toy. My husband is getting mad because everytime he leaves his office, he walks threw the living room which is completely upside down. He is a huge neat freak, and it gives him anxiety and makes me feel like a failure. He’s always complaining about how messy the house is, and it is, but I don’t know what to do. I also don’t want to spend the whole day picking up toys, I want to spend time teaching my kids stuff, and interacting with them.

Any advice?
