Inner thigh bumps
Does anyone have an idea as to what causes pimples or dark spit on the inner thigh . ( more toward the gential area ). Not sure if its just beacsie my thighs run together and creat so kuch dam heat and sweat but ive had this probalem for years i get puss like pimples
