I need some help with an issue

So I usually get really dry hands because I wash my hands a lot throughout the day. But recently my hands got like this and I’m not sure what it could be. Btw I made an appt for my doctor but I have to wait until the end of the month to be able to get it checked out.

So my hands got like this and they’re itchy.

As well. It’s also not all over my hands it’s just parts of it.

Any one have any similar issue. I’m just trying to figure out and idea of what it may be I know that I need professional help with it.
