M taking these pills for quick pregnancy. Only few pills are left. But today I feel pain in lower abdomen. I want to know is these pills are for quick pregnancy or is these are safe? Pllzz help

These hurt my stomach because of the iron. I mean a prenatal is good to take before you get pregnant, so you are getting the nutrients right as you get pregnant. But it won’t help get you pregnant.
