Butterfly Feelings at 12 Weeks?

I’m 12 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I’ve noticed on 2 separate occasions while sitting down that out of nowhere I’ll get a weird feeling in my stomach. It feels like a butterfly flapping it’s wings a few times(2/3 times) and then it leaves. It definitely doesn’t feel like a kick. I’m not sure if it’s the baby somehow making a small movement or maybe it’s just my insides moving? I really don’t know, it’s my first pregnancy and just wanted to know if that’s normal or if anyone’s had it/heard of someone having it? It was the exact same feeling both times on separate days.
