Coming off Zoloft: Side Effects?

My husband and I are trying to have a baby and I have been working with my doctor to come off 50 mg of Zoloft that I have been on for four years for anxiety. It has been three days since my final dose of the medicine, after tapering off for two weeks, and I am feeling pretty yucky. I have been having nausea, fatigue, mood swings, and feeling sort of zoned out. Did anyone else have similar side effects after coming off Zoloft? How long did they last?

I am also 3 DPO and while I know it is probably way too early to be experiencing pregnancy symptoms a part of me hopes these side effects could be a sign of that too 🙏🏻
