About To Punch My Best Friend's GF In The Face

I recently met my best friends gf and if I didn't love him so much bitch would have gotten punched. First off. Right when we meet she starts talking about her masters degree. She got it in liberal arts. She asked if I went to college and I said "No CNA school". This bitch says "Oh, so you weren't smart enough to get into college and become a real nurse?" Bitch what. I asked wgat exactly does she do and she says "I'm a secretary. 18 an hour!" How much do you make. I said I don't talk about my pay to people and she says "I'll take that as not very much". I look at my friend and he gets nervous and sais "Why don't we change the subject". I almost hit her at this next part. She said " I just figured since shes Asian she would be smart " he told her to stop and thats rude and she just rolled her eyes. He came after later that day with a nervous look and said "So... What do you think?" I said " We aren't gonna be able to be in the same room because I might kill her". He quickly changed the subject. How would you guys have handled this lovely lady.
