Negative hpt but positive opk

Hi ladies how are you? Does this happen to you ? According to glow app i am 7 day late and I felt tired and breast tenderness and back pain. I woke up this morning and do my test and 2 pregnancy test ( dollar tree and FR came back negative) I was curious and use my left over ovulation test and it came out w 2 lines ? Does it mean I’m pregnant or just a glitch?? We’re trying for a second baby and I had 3 miscarriage prior to my rainbow son and also have irregular period during the last couple months (skipped 2 months w no period at all )
