Boyfriend penis keeps splittings open

So my boyfriend penis has all cuts all over it on the foreskin and on the shaft there quite big cuts kind like loads of paper cuts all over it that split open and they are painful for him and bleed a lot this has happened quite a few times. He is currently putting a cream on that he bought at a pharmacy as he is to embarrassed go to a doctor and he said he thinks itsbecause I’m tight. However a lot of times I won’t be wet and he will just shove it in anyway so is it possible the friction is causing these cuts because I’m dry ?
