Hair care help!
Ladies!
I need some recommendations on great hair products! Mostly a good shampoo/conditioner for fine, blonde hair. It’s been thoroughly neglected since COVID. It just looks dry and ratty. The regular stuff isn’t doing it!
Cost isn’t an issue.
