Question about a scene on the movie grease?

I’m just trying to share a post for fun.
There was always a scene in the movie Grease that I always had trouble understanding.
So when everyone is at the bonfire Rizzo decides that she wants Sandy and Danny to meet each other. I love Rizzo but I never understood her intentions. 
Did she make them meet because she genuinely wanted to do something nice or did she know Danny was gonna act like an ass to her in front of everybody? If she did, did she want Sandy to see what Danny is really like to save her or embarrass her?

I think Rizzo introduces them to embarrass Sandy.  They were bound to meet eventually but Rizzo made it so the embarrassment was public.

I thought she did it to be mean because she was jealous of Sandy. She knew what Sandy thought Danny was like and knew he wouldn’t act like that.

I think Rizzo was jealous of Sandy, and when she realized the great guy Sandy was taking about was Danny she decides to introduce them to be a bitch 🤷🏻‍♀️ She knew Danny wasn’t gonna act like the love struck guy Sandy was taking about, so this was a way for her to upset and embarrass Sandy.

She knew he was going to act like that because when ever sandy told the girls who the guy was that she saw at the beach they laughed because why would a guy like that be with sandy you know ? 😂 so i think he wanted her to be embarrassed

Rizzo found out that sandy was talking about Danny and being in love with him or at least liking him and she also knew that Danny would act like a jerk with his boys so I think the intentions were to be mean
