Help! Ingrown hair
I have an ingrown hair for a couple months now and it hasn’t seem to gone away. I’ve tried popping it but nothing comes out and I can’t seem to find a hair. I’ve been applying a hot compress to it but see no difference. What should I do. Right now it’s a pea sized lump that has no hair on it and is pink.
