Cramps after orgasm in early pregnancy, is this normal?

I have 2 kiddos already, 11yo & 4yo. When I was pregnant with them my sex drive was out the roof, my husband and I had a great time. NOW! I’m pregnant with our 3rd one, I am currently 5 weeks. Couple weeks ago I started cramping after having an orgasm, I’ve never experienced this before. My morning sickness has also been really bad, and with my 2 boys I got morning sickness at the end of my pregnancy and even some weeks after giving birth.

Now with this 3rd one my sex drive is low and I’m super tired and moody and crying for no reason. I’m really hopping we have a girl this time, do you guys think this are the symptoms of a baby girl?
