Why do I have discharge every single day.

No matter what, i have discharge every day & I am so uncomfortable with it. I don’t use any cleansing wipes , douches etc... because i know it’s not good for your vagina. I’m 20 years old and it is so embarrassing, sometimes I have a foul odor but it happens rarely . I might just be a dumbass but I don’t know when the last day I did not have discharge. Should I go to a doctor ? I don’t even like to have sex with my boyfriend because i’m afraid when my panties come off there is gonna be discharge it had happened and it’s embarrassing....
