Blood sugar levels to low before breakfast?

Hello ladies. I’ve been testing my blood sugar levels for a few days now and my numbers are always in the mid or high 60s when I test right when I wake up. I think that’s considered in the low side? My doctor never told me what my numbers should be and I’ve basically been doing all the research on my own. I won’t see him for another week. I’ve been trying different snacks like apple with peanut butter or cottage cheese with blueberries right before bed to see if my numbers go a little higher when I wake up but nope still in the 60s. Any other suggestions? What do you ladies snack on before bed time?
