Vaginal shooting pain

I have heard of lighting crotch and have had some mild ones.. just walking around sometimes it feels like a tight string is pulled or something inside my vagina and it hurts for a sec.

but I am 39 weeks now, set for induction Wednesday. I woke up to pee in the middle of the night and it felt like she was like right inside there or something like a lot of pressure when I sat down. When I got up after peeing I almost dropped to the floor it hurt so bad I froze! I slowly moved and it went away... does anyone know what that was? Also, why did it feel like that when I sat down to pee?! I am scared to sit again!
