Heart shaped uterus

I had 2 miscarriages 2 years ago and no testing was done after the fact. I started eating healthy and exercising more and want to try again. So I went in to the doc to get blood work done and an HSG. They found one tube closed and were able to open it. Bloodwork and hormones all good. Then I did an SIS ultrasound and the doc said I had a heart shaped uterus and a polyp. She said she can remove the polyp, so waiting for that to be scheduled. But she said there’s nothing they can do about my uterus because I don’t think there’s a septum to remove. She said my uterus is indented at the top and has been this way since I was born. Is there anyone with a similar uterus shape who can tell me what their pregnancy experience was? I have no children and I’m 39 years old trying to have at least 1 child. Google is super negative and makes me think I will never give birth. Let me know. 🙏🏼
