Hair vitamins

Hi guys!! So since having my daughter in 2018 my hair has kept just falling out. It didn't bother me before because I thought its just pp and it will stop eventually plus I have Lots of hair and its think so I didn't think much about it. But now 2 years later its still falling out so much that now when I do braids they are so skinny and I fear I will be seeing big bald spots soon!!! Can you guys recommend any hair vitamins that can help please!?!?!?!😟
