PCOS HELP

Anyone else have a weird body? My ovulation tests have shown negative for a couple weeks. Started my period (I have LONG ones) and I decided to take a chance and test and it was the darkest it has been ever (still not as dark as the surge line or whatever though). Am I ovulating or is it just playing games? 😭😭😭😭 I am so scared I won't ever be able to have a baby again 💔 I am trying to get healthy as well which I swear should help but my periods get longer.... we have sex every other day and I'm just frustrated is all....
