Polyps?

Question

Can anyone diagnosed with this answer some questions? Such as what were your symptoms, what test were needed to diagnose, treatment, and most importantly how is your fertility? I think I have polyps I have an appt next week and I'd like to know what to expect. I need hope that a baby is soon possible.

Uterine polyps don’t usually come with symptoms. They’ll need to be surgically removed

Hey, I had one and it was removed. I had random bleedings, especially after having sex. At some point I was bleeding for 31 days straight. The procedure was easy a bit uncomfortable (like heavy periods cramps) but only took Advil. I had no other symptoms other than the random bleedings, I had low HB and I was tired and cold because of that.

The only thing I noticed was abnormally long, heavy, and random periods. But I still ended up pregnant somehow. Didn’t even get them removed
