Implementation or not???

So I Bd on the days I thought were important and obviously had symptoms like everyone else that’s trying to conceive... but last night at 10dpo I had light bleeding only on the tissue and for the rest of the night nothing. This morning I woke up and used the toilet still light blood looked like there was abit more but only when I wipe not on my pad... could this be my period coming 😢
