Does anyone elses man earn the money in the relationship, therefore claim they deserve to relax when home and barely help with the baby/kids? (My bub is just about 6 months and I get this but he wants 2 more kids, like maybe contribute to the first one?)

My husband works 2 jobs and barely gets a moment to himself. 
I work maybe 10-15 hours a week and watch our son, and pregnant with number 2. 
When he gets home he's right into dad mode and helps with kids, house work, ect. Im sorry your guy doesn't.

I believe that raising children is a shared responsibility. A man is supposed to provide for his family, it does not give him the right to feel because he provides financially that he shouldn't help with the children and leave it up to you totally.

Yikes that’s a tough one. I understand he works and all but you guys share a kid. Its not just your priority to take care of the children. My boyfriend comes home from work on little to no sleep due to our newborn being somewhat colic and still does his job as a dad or helps around the house. Maybe you should have a serious talk with him !

I’m the breadwinner in my relationship. I take a shower when I’m done work to relax the work day away and then I parent 50/50 with my husband.

Some people really do think like that and feel entitled doing so because they’re working while you are not, even though taking care of kids and a household is more than a full time job itself. Thankfully mine doesn’t think like that.

I’m a stay at home mom, pregnant with baby number 2 and my husband works long hours and still helps with our son. If I need anytime to myself I ask a family member to help watch my son.

I do most of the home workload. Partially because I'm home right now with covid going on and about to start mat leave, but also because I'm the mom 🤷🏻‍♀️ I prefer to take the lead with the kids and the house and my husband agrees. My husband works a 9-5 monday-friday job and he helps whenever I need him to. He can be quite lazy lol but when I ask him to help me with anything for the kids or housework he always does

I’d say it’s fair to give ten minutes of relaxing once he gets home. And then You get your ten minutes to unwind. And then it’s 50/50. 
He doesn’t realize you’re on the go all day too, also working - just not getting paid. 
Don’t have any more kids with this guy until he figures out that he needs to help more.

Nope I’m a sahm and my husband works 12-14 plus hour shifts 6-7 days a week. We have 3 kids . He also travels for work . If they’re being a bit much he hops on face time a work. He tell the kids he has problem leaving work to help handle issue. (He has the privilege at his place of work ). When he gets off work and get settled first thjng he does is interact with our toddler. Asks the girls how their school day went and if they have anything they need to work on. We have over all a pretty nice balance. We relax together when the toddler goes to bed for the night.
I will say he probably gets more sit down tkme then I do but not that’s on me no one else bc he says everything doesn’t need to be done in one day and if I need breaks I need to be taking them 😂
