Super clear dream

So this morning I had a dream that I went to the dr to maybe confirm pregnancy. And when they checked and did a quick ultrasound it was twins. 🥺 I lost twins at 5 months pregnant may last year. So it made me very emotional and happy. I woke up repeating to myself “I claim this, give me a chance at twins again” non stop for some reason until I fell back to sleep. 😔 I hope this is our month period.
