I miscarried this weekend after a much awaited baby. I can’t quite believe it has happened. I feel so naive - this is the most painful experience of my life.

I have a 4 year old little boy and I did have a high risk pregnancy with him and he was born premature.

We want to start trying again as soon as possible and I would love any advice.

My cycles are between 27-29 days and I tend to ovulate between day 13-15. Usually get a lot of EWCM. I was using OPK’s to pinpoint ovulation prior to falling pregnant.
