Anger issues
I've been losing my temper really easily lately & it's starting to really affect my daily life... I grew up with a parent who had bipolar disorder & she didn't believe in medication, so her manic behavior was usually taken out on me.. I'm starting to notice bipolar signs in my personality & it's getting more & more difficult to not lose my temper and argue anytime I'm slightly upset or annoyed. I can feel myself overreacting & can't calm down until after I "let my anger out" through yelling or crying. One second I'll feel fine, then the next I'll be angry, or sad, it feels like there is no "in-between" with my emotions.. I had this issue before I was pregnant, but it feels like it's slowly getting worse and I'm scared I'll lose my baby because I can't calm myself down... I’m not sure what to do about this, I feel myself pushing my S/O away & say things out of anger while we’re angry, I don’t know how to fix it...
