Has anyone changed the sleep schedule?
Our schedule used to be bed at 830 and fall asleep usually by 9. It worked for us. He then started fighting it and would fall asleep later and later. We now go to bed at 9 and he falls asleep at 11! 🥴 he's never been a good sleeper. He wakes up at 830 and only naps 30 minutes a day. I was wondering if I started to wake him up at 7 if he'd then go to sleep early or if I'd just create a monster? Any advice helps! But bedtime before 830 isn't good for us due to my husband's work schedule.
