Where do you draw the line in between Self Confidence and Lack of Social Awareness when it comes to people’s way of dressing?

I don’t think there is a line. People do what makes them comfortable. Especially if you don’t care for anyone else opinion

I know it’s not, but I totally feel like this post is calling me out because I wore some weird ass clothes on my walk through the neighborhood today 😂😂 sometimes people know they look weird but just don’t care (like me today lol) and I figure if it’s not hurting anyone then it doesn’t matter :)

Are you meaning “lack of social awareness” like people wearing clothes that someone else doesn’t like?  I don’t quite get what you mean exactly. 
The only time I think there would be an issue, for me anyways, is if someone’s wearing a shit with an offensive slogan or picture. 
If you mean a woman wearing a low cut shirt around your husband or something, it’s only “offensive” to you because your husband looked. 
I don’t give a rats ass what someone chooses to wear. I wear what I’m comfortable in and I imagine most other people do too. I’m not going to get mad at someone for wearing a Metallica T-shirt if I don’t like Metallica or if they are at the ballet or something.
