Because it’s on their face, I’d get it looked at. They’ll use medical glue and try to minimize scarring 
Looks like it’s on the eye socket too, is it brusing?

I don’t think so.. use some butterfly bandages. I had a similar cut and I just did this and it healed nicely

Aww poor baby, he should be fine just keep it clean i would recommend vaseline.

I think he should be fine. He’ll probably just have a scar. I have a scar under my left eye from walking into the corner of a coffee table when I was first learning to walk. It’s barely noticeable though.

It should be fine may leave a nasty scar. Make sure it doesn't get infected
